Is this a professional or medical kit?It covers first aid for common trail mishaps — cuts, grazes, sprains, blisters and cold. It is not a medical device and does not replace a first aid course or the emergency services. The included guide says the same and points you to accredited UK courses.
Is the case really waterproof?The EVA case is water-resistant and protects the contents from knocks and damp inside your pack. For full submersion keep it inside a dry bag.
How do I get the navigation guide?It is a digital guide sent to your email right after purchase, so you can read it before your first hike.
Will it fit in my daypack?Yes — at roughly 23×20×9 cm and about 1.5 lb it slips into most 20L+ packs.
What is actually inside?Water-resistant EVA case, compression bandage, triangular bandage, gauze in several sizes, scissors, tweezers, emergency blankets (x2), tape, plasters/dressings, whistle and a first aid booklet. Medication is not included.

Not happy with your kit? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If the item is faulty, we cover return postage; for change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer.
